Instead of long and expensive HDMI® cables, network cables are more cost-effective for long-distance transmission.
With chainable receivers and network switches, you can feel free to add more end-points whenever you need.
4K 30Hz with a chroma sampling rate of 4:4:4, presenting high-quality pictures.
HE03-4K is a 4K HDMI® extender that applies AV over IP technology to turn a 4K@30Hz 4:4:4 HDMI® signal into network packets, allowing you to use a cost-effective Ethernet cable to send the signal for up to 140M. It can work with Ethernet switches to split an HDMI® to multiple endpoints, which can display one HDMI® source on multiple displays simultaneously. Except for network switches, the extender can use chainable HDMI® receivers (HE03LR-4K) to perform the daisy chain function for up to 250 HDMI® distributions.
IP technology not only breaks through the limitations of the original audiovisual distance but can be used in conjunction with network switches as an expansion option for network-based distribution systems.
SC&T HE03-4K HDMI® Extender can convert HDMI® signals into IP and transmit the signals over a network cable, with resolutions up to 4K@30Hz. Extended distance can be up to 140m using Cat6 cables.
By connecting HE03T-4K to a network switch, you can transmit the source audio and video to several HE03R-4K units at the other end, achieving distribution and extension functions at once. This setup can be used in various scenarios, such as corporate offices, educational buildings, and shopping malls.
HE03-4K supports EDID management; you can configure it via the R-side button, and your source device will automatically adjust its output resolution according to the highest resolution supported by the display.
If you need to extend the transmission distance further than HE03-4K has provided, you can use SC&T's Ethernet Repeater SR01X. Each SR01X unit allows you to extend the signals for another 120 meters.
HE03L-4K is the daisy-chain version of HE03-4K. The audio and video source is transmitted from HE03T-4K, extended via Cat6 cable to HE03LR-4K, which can directly loop to another HE03LR-4K, creating an HDMI® daisy-chain distribution. You can connect up to 250 units in this manner, achieving a total distance of 2.5 kilometers.
When using the daisy-chain version, the latency is imperceptible to the human eye. Watch SC&T's testing video to see the performance of nine screens daisy-chained. You can pause at any time to see the consistent seconds on the screens.
Connecting the transmitter (HE03T-4K) and the receiver (HE03R-4K) using a cost-effective network cable to extend 120~140M, and then connect an HDMI® display.
Connect a network switch between the transmitter (HE03T-4K) and multiple receivers (HE03R-4K) to achieve point-to-many transmission.
DON'T connect HE03-4K to your existing network, since the huge amount of packets may affect your existing network system.
