This is what a roadside assistance center is all about. Now, let's go through how A/V professionals helped the assistance center build a user-friendly A/V system.

The center provides 24/7 customer service. The director of the center monitors the traffic and watches real-time TV news to take necessary actions, such as assigning agents to handle car accidents and vehicles.

A/V Requirement of the Center
In the center, every agent has one PC and two HDMI monitors showing two different videos. Both videos can be projected on a TV wall, providing real-time situations and dealing with customer issues.
Installation Diagram
All PCs are behind the office and each PC connects a transmitter (HKM02BR-4K) and a receiver (HKM02BR-4K) to convert an HDMI signal to IP. Since the HKM02B-4K is an AVoIP system, it requires network switch(s) to enable multi-cast, allowing the system to route multiple HDMI sources to multiple displays.

The system integrator uses SC&T's AVoIP product to integrate the environmental control system through the RS232 command as described in the user manual of the product. The integration allows the agent in the center to use a 7-inch touch panel to intuitively switch videos and change different video wall layouts.
